I can understand and appreciate all of these ffods. The one that boggles my mind is the cookies. There are usually a lot of ingredients in cookies etc...That have preservatives and other chemicals that will set a person with fibro off. Thank you for sharing!

If you eat homemade cookies you by-pass a lot of additives and preservatives. Just a thought!

Will dried cherries work the same way? Cherries aren't always in season.

Responding to Rebecca. Sweet cherries do not have the same benefits for me. I buy cherry juice from a health food store or online when I can't find tart cherries. Apple cider vinegar has been a blessing too.

I have fibromyalgia. Plus kidney stones caused by calcium oxyalate. I have to leave all berries, teas, barbecue sauces, etc., alone. Would be nice if they made the natural sources for pain management and emergency energy/protein sources with out berries or tea. Green tea and berries are usually in them and I can not take any of those ingredients or I will make more kidney stones. Probably others out there like me also. I still do not give up and keep trying, looking, and planning.

Organic Tumeric capsules help inflammation. My rheumatoid arthritis improved drastically once I started taking them. One a day and two if having a flare up. Start with one. Important to be organic. Also Apple Cider Vinegar capsules are wonderful for kidney stones. I had a walnut sized kidney stone and gallbladder gravel. I took apple cider vinegar capsules one in the morning and one at noon for a year, A follow-up sonogram showed all had gone. I take the capsule once a day now.
